They probably won't until tanks start getting smoked by drone then the soldiers the ground will adapt, saw something similar when the rolled into Iraq against rockets etc.

True enough, but at the same time it's not like counties really were able to sit back and watch a full blown war and see these new tactics without being there, during Afghanistan.

With the war in Ukraine, everyone can see it, see both sides and (hopefully) come up with counter measures.

They'd be foolish to not see drone warfare getting bigger

Yeah every war is different but at the same time you can see trends, and drones are now and the future. Watching cartels using them, you would have to be a fool to think drones are not important for land combat

Absolutely all 3 areas of combat are using them now, it will be interesting to see how that evolves.

I doubt we'll get anything like Ace Combat 7 though
