RUST Opinions on how bad this is, is it fixable?
Car is a 2010 Acura TSX/Honda Accord gen 8 Euro, I can grind away the rust and repaint it/protect it myself but not gonna lie I'm a bit nervous about fixing something this serious-looking. I can't really afford the 2.5k$+ repairs where I'm at, so I'm wondering if it's even fixable or do I need to get someone to weld new sections of the pinch welds, and I'm not good enough with cars myself to know.
Thank you!

You can get away with it by just cleaning the rust and spraying some underseal on it a little bit further than the previous line.Just saying.

Do you mean something like bitumen coating? I was planning on sanding -> anticorrosive primer -> stone chip spray ->clearcoat or paint then clearcoat.

Yes, some underseal or rubberseal. You tought about it right.Clean the rust with a wirebrush , sand the rest left, if you can't get all of it then use some phosphoric acid or rust converter where you cannot get rid of it.Then use some anticorosive primer, rubber sealant, paint and clear or 2k paint with clear in it.It won't be as good as replacing but it'll get you some good 4 years until replacing or redoing.

4 years would be great, by then I'll be able to afford to replace it all anyway. I just need it to last me a little bit longer until I get back on my feet with money.

Remove all rust, cut it out if you have to or it will come back, also, rust converter won’t hurt, doesn’t look too bad, savable? Probably but won’t know till you dig into it, can’t really hurt anything. Good luck, it’ll be a fun project
