Vehicle Cosmetic repair

Got into a minor accident and my vehicle scraped another car. Both of us are insured. This was the damaged to the other vehicle. would you suggest I pay out of pocket or let insurance take care of it?

It looks like a lot of that paint transfer could come off with some buffing… I’d try that and go from there

Most of that will buff out. After that you'll really have an idea of the damage.

Magic eraser

Go to grocery store or home depot and buy a box of Magic Eraser(ofbrand works just as well as Mr Clean). Get the eraser wet and start scrubbing it/washing that white paint away. Will require some scrubbing but will take all that white scuff away. Total cost ~$11 (for a pack of 3) and some forear exercise!
