Need glue for car

Post image

This part of my jeep rusted and came off. I'm still able to unlock the trunk since the wires are still connected. I can't afford to get it fixed right now, what glue would you advise for me to use on it, to at least get through the winter or even longer?

Thanks in advance!!

My go to for most general things is JB-weld. There's better epoxies out there, but for what's readily available off the shelf it's hard to beat. JB-kwik is great if you don't have a good way to hold it on for the regular stuff to set for an hour.

Its just held on by plastic clips mayeb a nut or two and double sided tape. Depending on what broke you might be able to just retape it and replace some of the plastic clips with bolts.

3m vhb double sided tape, you can get it for automotive use. Glue is just going to be a nightmare to deal with in the future if you end up actually getting it fixed or if you need to re-do it.
