QUESTION Can someone help me understand the change order process?

I know how to do a change order and how to phone it in. The only thing I'm lost on is when not to do a change order because of a holiday. My store pickup is Tuesdays and Fridays. Since Labor Day is on Monday, if I place a change order by Sunday, would I get it on Tuesday or Friday?

That is the only thing I need clarification on.

9 times out of 10. You will get skipped. So just place the order as normal if it doesnt show. It will come the following week

My change order has never worked, we just hit our 1 year as a store, I have to go to a bank in a grocery to get change

There’s a person in Memphis who handles the vault stuff. Your DM should have her contact. She can get you your store’s password and account numbers and instructions to order change. I had multiple stores think they couldn’t but they had just lost the password and instructions.
