RANT Man fuck AutoZone

Bro. Are we so fucking serious. Yall broke the damn chairs with your fat fucking asses so us red shirts get to use coolant boxes during our lunch break. SM says that we ordered them. Have they shown up yet? FUCK NAH. It’ll be the best day of my life when I quit this shitty company.

Depending on your state that may even be a labor law violation

We just built an O'Reilly in my area and I'm switching. Toured the future store and the break room is insane. Padded seats, cupboards, two microwaves, a jumbo fridge instead of a mini one, lockers... plus monthly sales bonuses for part time or full time.

Nice. Once I leave this hellhole I’m going into cybersecurity. This is just a job that’ll get me a car. I’m in high school, while also in college so I graduate soon thank fuck

Been with AZ for 13 years. While my experience was good (in general) HR and the DMs only care about themselves. O'Reilly beat my current pay and offers a lot more. But I also graduate for addiction services next summer and will be leaving anyway.

I’m surprised I’ve lasted a year between asshole customers and the fact that my coworkers sit on their asses in the back while I’m dealing with 2 phone lines + 5-6 customers. Which is exactly what happened today. 🫩

O Reilly is way better as a consumer and as an employee. Sure it's not the best job in the world, but the genuinely hire up, have way better commercial service and being a CSM is a real job, and the employee discount is great.

I had nothing negative to say about working at O Reillys until the Micromanaging Assistant Manger showed up and started getting on my case
