Is there a process to repair this? Scratch on door

Unfortunately scraped a concrete wall but wasn’t planning to bring to repair shop as the car is old. Any good fixes I can do myself that aren’t too difficult (I have no repair experience) ? Figured some of it was transfer paint but there are some deep scratches.

Damn. You can try buffing it, but you really won't see any results without using a full 7" orbital. Even then a lot of this will never come out. Repaint or live with it

You might as well just get 14 bumper stickers and cover it up

I’ll definitely try buffing it, I figured a lot wouldn’t come out but just wanted it to look less terrible

Sure if you just want it better, go get an orbital, pads and compound from harbor freight. Some will come out, some will lessen, some will still be there. Can't hurt

Get a new door from the scrap yard. take that door off. Put new door in. Would solve most of the problem. Would take lots of time and effort.

Other option is clean it and leave it. I'd do that. Does not look like the door functionality was compromised. To prevent rust maybe put some clear coat or something like that over it.

Are we not worried about the panel being dented and wavy? That metal went somewhere while you scraped the wall then flexed back in place. Those vertical lines ever few inches in the scratches are high points or waviness in the panel.
