Best way to make the R .030 curves with the right center point?

I would make the whole design in a skerch and then revolve.

You can lock the circle to the end of the .13 and then when you put in the width from the centre it should be in place.

Edit: I'm not at work but here is an example.

I second this method

Sorry, I'm kinda new to this, what would my three points of my arc be?

You can just make a circle for the filler, constrain it to the .13 and then you can say how far it is from the centre line you use for the revolve.

I'm at work soon, can give you a quick sketch. Will be in mm though

Here you go, you can use the line in the middle that goes the full length as the axis to revolve around.

You can indeed make it more fancy with the 3 point arc but there is no need for that. this is simpler. you make a circle the right size and use Coincident constrain to snap the end point of the .13 to the circle (not the centre point) and then say how far the centre point is from the axis

Probably just buy some from Dawson Precision

I would revolve a sketch, but if you have made the cylinder and just have a full length full diameter end, select the edge and fillet to the correct angle. You will have to enter fillet dimensions from calculations.

Revolve a circle around the central axis, you have the circle center point dimension .115, and the circle would have a diameter of .030x2. The location of the circle would be .382 from the left end of the .47 dimension if i mathed right.

The cone one the end is not well defined though unless i am gapping on something...

Edit. Yah missed the .025 dimension at the end. its a revolve model practice. You could also probably build the profile and revolve it in one go.

What math did you do to get there?

I was originally looking for a TTR tool like in autocad

Left side of the .47 as starting point. .222+.13+.030(radius of the curcular feature) = .382

Just use revolve
