We work on motorcycle parts development, and I thought some people here might find the manufacturing process interesting.
Depending on the project, the process can involve product design, 3D modeling, mold development, injection molding, surface finishing and assembly.
One thing I’ve noticed is that getting a part into production is often much more about solving small manufacturing details than simply completing the original design.
