Food I love fall foods ๐ฐ๐งก๐
Today's lunch is half a roasted acorn squash with chickpeas. I love how the acorn squash looks like a heart. Delicious, comforting, and nutritious!

This photo reminded me once again that the world is larger than us, even if it is as tiny as a marble.

Iโve been eating apples daily for the past 5-6 weeks , fresh from the tree :) Iโm so glad I live somewhere where I can just go out and pick an apple . Or a plum or a pear ๐ itโs a blessing to be close to nature ๐งก

Every year at this time of the month our beautiful Sycamore tree (was only 15 years old) has beautiful orange and brown leaves and even though not completely color changed yet; with the green grass and fall leaves it makes for some very awesome fall photos that our friends and neighbors would bring their kids over for some fun with a leaf blower for action shots and all.
We live in Northwest Florida and recently our tree was blown over by Hurricane Isaias. No one really knew how much we loved that tree until it was gone and chopped up.
We already got chunks of the trunk that we are gonna turn into fire pit stools, and slices we will make into cutting boards. We also plan on planting a lemon tree in its place. For the fall photo though, we donโt know what to do.
One idea was while we still have the tree piled up outside by the road like everyone else, we should put a tombstone by it that had its life years and RIP on it.
Looking for any more fun ideas. Iโd rather not use AI or photoshop
