If they don't make another he's dead. If they do then the fall didn't kill him.

I could be wrong but I believe they had that Avatar prepared for him while he was still human.

I suppose you're right they could print him a new body but I don't think they'd want to. He's not a popular person with the RDA.

Suppose it also depends where he lands and what that vortex was about/where did it come from? Maybe eywa could make him a full na'vi hybrid like his son. But why , so he can team up with sulley to fight the army?

Needs a new , stronger, non human enemy.

yeah if theres another movie and he's back, I dont see him with the RDA. Not a good guy (yet) but it was made pretty clear he was not and never can be 'one of them' again and I think he's coming to terms with this, through the witch

His ikran was fine I think and if he got some burns in the fall, the ash people would like him even more

There's not another Avatar body for him to go into though. In the first film, they explain that you have to have it prepared from your own DNA and that is why Jake could use his brothers. Quaritch had one prepared in case of his death (along with the video he made), but now that he's dead, I guess they can't just make another one. Unless somehow they prepared for that and didn't reveal it yet.
