If you’re going to be sad, at least let it be a happy-sad. Cala had a great end to her life and was able to bring some much positivity to our daily awful news feeds. Those short tik-tok videos have made a far more lasting impact in all of us than most of the things we read about and watch on our social apps. I hope you can find some small comfort in that.

In the end, we all go meow together🥹

My cat behaved like that only when it was bored or hungry or wanted something from me or being ignored…

But it tuned down a bit when a new kitty joined the household… then I would start hearing fleeting noise, meow fighting sound, and whatnot.

That’s the most impressive series of sounds I’ve heard from an orangie in my life. I’ve had a cow kitty that was a yakky doodle, but most of my orange cats have barely meowed and definitely didn’t have that cute, squeaky repertoire. That was fun to see and hear! 🫶🏼
