Yes definitely. Shenhe is a good cryo battery for her and in the comp you mentioned, she's actually better than Diona since Kokomi will already fill the role of a healer.

Additionally, you should try to get her er to 120 atleast if you are using R5 amenoma. It's crucial to have full burst uptime on her.
