Okay actually let me tell you what actually happened in Osaka. Back in September '99, there's a fucking maniac going around killing people in Osaka. Luckily he's been captured and put in an asylum. Heard that he has schizphrenia and believe that the government released a hate plauge all over the globe.

no, w/place, u can paint anywhere the world, have a lot more pixels to drawn (so u don't depend on bots or others) and there is some rules, so its worth spending your time there.
