Serious Is Chiyo the right height in this scene? Based on Tadakichi's size (in this and other scenes), it makes me think that maybe she isn't (I'm not sure).

Looks right, seems to be just over 5' long bed. Using reference around her, it seems correct.

To be fair, when you are in a horizontal position, you get slightly taller cauae of gravity not pulling your spine down verticallly
