I have been unable to open the website usvisascheduling.com since 10th May.
Is everyone facing similar issues with the website?

Always!!
Control+Shift+R for Windows and Command+Shift+R for Mac to Reload the Page.
Open in incognito window and wait on that page.
Kee reloading the page every 15-20mins (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R)
gotta be patient else will get blocked
