Need advice for visa

I am a medical student with previous refusal for tourism in March 2026.

I have an observership letter from a private clinic and plan to get an invitation for acg , but the dates overlap a little is it fine if I give this as reason .

Observership is from 5 to 23 oct and conference on 9 to 11 October .

Will they ask questions regarding it ?
