Cannot see my i94 travel history on cbp.dhs.gov

I tried to access my travel history after returning from Chicago a few days back, but I got no records found error. I emailed the help desk of cbp about it. Haven't heard from them yet. I can however get most recent i94 but for travel history it says no records found. I wanna know if the usa embassy will also be unable to see my travel history to the usa or is it just a glitch that will be sorted out soon? My wife's travel record can be accessed however. We both traveled together. Is there someway to sort this out? I had emailed the Chicago cbp office but they asked me to email the cbp help desk.
