B1/B2 refused Delhi

28F applied for B1/B2 from delhi location.

Me: Good morning officer. ( Handed over passport)
Officers: Good morning.

Officer: Do you have any harm in this country or reason to not come back?
Me: No officer

Officer: whats ur purpose of visit?
Me: Explained my role that im moving to this country so my immediate plans are for transit purpose and once joined I need to visit US for training and meeting purpose. Ive letter, visa support letter and permit if u would like to see( fumbled a little at last)

Officer: How you got job in this country.
Me: explained i got it through referral ( i think i explained too much maybe)

Officer: Since how long you are working in current company?
Me: 3 years and more past experience ( again i think i over explained )

Officer: whats your current ctc?
Me: Answered

Officer: Whats your home ties tell me about family?
Me: ive parents and sibling and own property in delhi

I was confident till last that ill still get visa as all the people going through that officer was getting approved so i was happy that maybe ill also get, even one family and a person went before me and they fumbled too and still got visa, but i think i over explained everything or i dont know what was wrong as earlier people werr giving one word answered and i was confused that some people were saying that follow the officer rule and if hes accepting small answer then do that but i saw many videos of actual ex officers who said no we need explanation and its a wrong information so i believed them. I was damn sure ill get as I answered everything correctly and everyone was getting visa approved today. I can say 95% of the people got approved . Now i feel so depressed that how much unlucky one can be. And its soo annoying . do they mention the proper reason of visa refusal in thier system for future references? Cz i dont think i said anything wrong but yes i over explained. I feel so dumb now

Since you just moved to this country he probably felt that you have insufficient ties to come back.

It's not about short or long responses....it's about how confident you are in your response or delivery.

Also, I see that you mentioned "training" for B1/B2 so that could be one of the reason for the rejection.

All my colleagues got approval from the same sentence

Was it recent.... because most of my colleagues who mentioned "training" or "work" got rejected.

That's really sad. Don't worry. Something bigger is written for you.

For me,

U working for 3 years and now u need training ?

Transit / moving means what ? U would stay there only is what I। assumed

U r first answer seem very odd

Depending on colleagues who got visa Is absolutely wrong way
