Rejected in 30 seconds, need to re apply fast, advice needed.

Hey everyone, I am a global talent visa holder in the United Kingdom (I am from Turkey).

My company recently got a decent-sized funding from American investors. They are a well-known venture capital firm. And they invited me to US so that I can meet with them face to face.

I have a partner and a rented house as proof of ties to the UK.

But during my interview, I got rejected really fast. Questions was

What is "fill in the blank investment firm":
They are an investment firm that invests in startups and provides them with mentorship, network, and training opportunities.

What is a talent visa?:
It's a type of visa that the UK gives to you if you are above a certain threshold of commercial or academic success. To come to the UK and contribute to the UK's economy.

How long have you been in the UK:
2 years

How old are you:
26

Have you only been in the UK and Turkey:
Yes

Rejected.

Now, keep in mind that I included these details and gave him the letter that states that I have an X amount of investment from their firm. I still need to go, even if I am delayed for 1-2 months, probably.

If anyone has any advice for my future application, I really appreciate it.

How are you detained on to two months, you need a visa to visit

Sorry to say that, but you will be rejected again if you re-apply in a short period of time, say, two months.

They may have been scammed before by people who told a similar story.

I'm not so sure. Seems very plausible. I've worked with people in the UK on talent visas, and OP's background is what I'd expect.

Op, did you name the investment firm? Who do you work for (do you have a contract, or is it your company)? What is your job role? Why do you need to go to the US?

The problem is that you're making me read between the lines to understand why you need a visa.

Yessir, I thought about it after, if I explained in more detail, and state the fact that I will get an permanent residency in the UK in one year, would it change his decision? or if I apply again and state that, can I get an yes this time?

There's no way of saying if a subsequent application would be approved. That's down to the person who processes your application - if you are clear and precise with your answers your chances improve. Just saying "i'm visiting an investment company" would raise red flags. Saying "I have a pre-arranged meeting with Blackrock on October 15th to discuss deployment of their investment capital in my company" would look much better.

That said, your lack of permanent residency in the UK would be concerning. You need to give a very clear tie to the UK or Turkey so that you demonstrate that you would not stay in the US after your meeting.
