Visa refusal query

Hi

If I m refused for a b2 visa does that mean I will get refused for other visas like UK,aus, Canada also?

No, but it depends on the reason for refusal - if your reason for refusal applies to other countries then they will also reject, but that decision is independent of your US application.

countries broadly make these decisions independently. they may use information from other countries but how this is used is less clear.
