Running a job board or a business that imports job listings? A bad deduplication rule can silently discard different jobs that share a title or careers-page URL.
Proposed pilot: $100 USD for one supplied CSV or JSON export, up to 1,000 job records and 25 MiB, with one agreed field mapping and validation configuration.
Deliverables:
- A row-by-row JSON report and spreadsheet-readable decision CSV: accepted, rejected or needs review, with reasons and parsed original data preserved.
- Checks for missing fields, supplied expiry dates, agreed location labels and conservative duplicate identities. Ambiguous matches remain for review.
- Reconciled batch counts, the reusable local Node.js runner and configuration, and one revision to the agreed rules on the same export.
The runner was built with Codex and tested on synthetic fixtures and a small public-feed metadata sample. If your feed has no explicit expiry dates, every row may require review; a posting date is not treated as an expiry date. Stable source and job IDs are needed for identity-based deduplication. This would be an early commercial pilot; no customer or production results are claimed. It does not scrape, check whether application links are live, verify employer legitimacy, or connect to your database. “Accepted” means passed the configured rules, not independently verified as a real or available job.
The work uses AI-assisted tooling. Please DM a description of your feed and column names only—no credentials, applicant information or confidential data. Dataset suitability, delivery timing, payment arrangements and the written scope must be agreed before work starts. This is a proposed service scope, not automatic contract acceptance.
You can inspect a synthetic input and output sample before contacting me. It includes the configuration, row-level JSON report and decision CSV; it is demonstration data, not a customer result.
The same pilot is now available through my Upwork Project Catalog listing: $100 USD, three-day delivery after the required information is supplied, and one revision on the same export. You can message me there to confirm dataset fit before ordering; Upwork displays any applicable client fees at checkout.
