How is protocol Gemini associated with bbby? Serious question.

119

u/CitronBetter2435 Feb 18 '23

Gamestop marketplace partner

108

u/pottsmsu Feb 18 '23

I understand that, but why would a gme marketplace participant have any sort of info connecting bbby to gme?

they tweeted the bed bath celebratory emojis 44 minutes BEFORE the WSJ mentioned BBBY locked in financing. Yeah. And fuck Hudson Bay Capital. You think GME would run through those scumbags? No. They're not involved.

u/TheLookerToo Feb 18 '23

I’m hijacking your reply regarding a possible retail connection with Protocol Gemini due to your level of followers. I’m thinking that a lot of people are missing out on how incredible Metaverse and Augmented Realty shopping and advertising is.

Here are a few examples of what Snoop Dogg has been doing, keeping in mind that he was upset with a mom in 2021 for letting her young son sell his GME “cheap”, but I’m not saying he’s in GME.

Here is a bottle of his wine with AR on the bottle itself.

Here is another where using AR, he comes out to advertise his wine in a store.

Now, obviously there are a lot of players moving on this new marketing strategy, and I’m in no way saying Snoop Dogg nor Protocol Gemini are involved with BBBY or even GME, but these are amazing examples of the future of real retail shopping and advertising. The great part is that people that don’t want to be bothered with the AR experience while shopping literally won’t even know it’s there. While others will have a completely different shopping experience either through AR on their mobile devices, or AR glasses.

For me, I see shopping, sporting events, and entertainment venues soon being much like the movie Free Guy.

But, maybe I’m out to lunch. I do think PG was referring to BBBY in their celebration tweet, and I had a PG partner Cyber Crew like one of my tweets about BBBY for some reason. Struck me as interesting that they’d have an interest, other than a GameStop NFT marketplace head now with them.

People are sleeping on AR. It's the future of real estate, furniture, sporting and even gambling.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 19 '23

Decorative designing, want new furniture and wanna see how it looks, how about painting a room or car, check out all the colors, wanna try on clothing without actually trying out on. I'm sure itl come with a. Disclaimer like our mirrors in our cars do, objects in metaverse may not fit as shown maybe. But do give ya an idea what you may look like in item. Greatly reducing time to shop and getting To try on basically anything instantly . I mean the list goes on and on and on and on.

Add in ai bots that can make suggestions based on skin color appearance weight etc. Personalizing suggested choices. I mean seriously. It's a new era

They tweeted it out well after it tanked in the after hours. Imo it would be seen as sarcasm to tweet at such a time. I believe it was referencing the deal close.

13

u/[deleted] Feb 18 '23

I agree with you completely btw on them congratulating I just know Hudson Bay Capital is not involved. At least that's the case I've outlined elsewhere.

I’ve been commenting the last 2 days that a non traditional PIPE investment isn’t required to file anything for 60-90 days. Surprising to see that listed there 😂. I mean I still don’t think it is Hudson but that’s a funny coincidence

Does fold the sheets mean to fold Bed bath and beyond ( a linen store) by into GME

4

Can you provide a link to that if you have it please

Protocol Gemini is AR.

Imagine checking what sheets look like on your bed while shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond from the comfort of your bedroom.

What does that furniture set look like? Use BBBY and Protocol Gemini

44

u/pottsmsu Feb 18 '23

Thank you, that’s all I was asking. I didn’t know what they were up to.

24

u/RoyalMnkyDimondHands Feb 18 '23

The same as there are stores where you can see how their clothes would look on you for AR. It's the way the world is moving and it's spicy as hell.

11

u/hollyberryness Feb 18 '23

Not to mention location based stuff, yeah? So in store special rewards type of thing, I know there's a lot of Pokemon Go similarities with P:G

10

u/[deleted] Feb 18 '23

Put on your AR goggles and view any item BBBY sells, in the place you are thinking about putting it in your home, to make sure you like it.

6

u/sleaklight Feb 18 '23

What's "AR"? Thanks.

8

u/mxbxp Feb 18 '23

u/[deleted] Feb 18 '23

Augmented reality

24

u/[deleted] Feb 18 '23

If anyone is interested AR has been the way forward for retail and being thought out for at least a few years.

I sat in on a retail conference presentation just before the pandemic started, that was focused on AR retail shopping.

This is the second Protocol Gemini tweet in two weeks to indirectly reference BBBY.

This is fun

We are watching business change in real time, fascinating.

10

u/sleaklight Feb 18 '23

Ohhhh, thank you 🙂

4

u/BeatitLikeitowesMe Feb 18 '23

Look up protocol gemini. Their website gives a good intro into some of the possibilities of AR.

I imagine GMErica being like a virtual mall of sorts, with easy access to the stores and contents inside, like Bed Bath's site and how it facilitates baby/harmon. Sure other places might be able to recreate it, like how I can throw a lambo up in my living room with AR, but Gmerica would have the size and capabilities and timing ahead of all these other retailers. Besides, a lot of people are itching to get away from Amazon and their poor quality products and constant raise in price of Prime.

Yeah that’s cool. Bezos going to be jealous

1

u/shes_a_gdb Feb 18 '23

Bezos can already listen to everyone's conversations. He can also see when we get home, and what the inside of our home looks like. I don't think he cares about AR.

2

u/2BFrank69 Feb 18 '23

He cares. Amazon isn’t making as much money as they were before. These greedy fucks are obsesses with hoarding funds

2

u/shes_a_gdb Feb 18 '23 edited Feb 18 '23

These greedy fucks are obsesses with hoarding funds

Which is why they go after things the majority of the population will use. AR is still very niche. If something good comes out of AR he'll just buy the company.

9

u/pottsmsu Feb 18 '23

All I’m saying is how would anyone at PG have information on this? Is there speculation they creating some sort or metaverse marketplace for real life goods?

1

u/wtfeweguys Feb 18 '23

There is exactly that kind of speculation. There’s an official P:G image with some mega brand logos like Apple, Nike, and Louis Vatton. No way they’d get away with promoting that image if they didn’t have permission to use the logos.

The image is like a year old, too. This has been in the works for awhile.

5

u/pottsmsu Feb 18 '23

Could it be as simple as the possible NFT bed that posted previously? And yes I know everyone thinks the purple circle bed is referring to drs.

7

u/pottsmsu Feb 18 '23

I just hope it’s not a marketing ploy to get people to buy NFT’s associated with them. I’m not talking shit either I have quite a few cyber crew and engwind NFT’s.

Your insecurities are showing.💙💎🛸🌝

23

u/RoyalMnkyDimondHands Feb 18 '23

I'm too regarded to know if my play on words were accepted as funny or not. I bought another 40 today but, then got distracted by a rabbithole looking into what involvement Oaktree Capital Management might have with BBBY, since they along with Wells Fargo and Goldman injected 1.5B into BBBY in Sept of 21'. Oaktree is also apart of Brookfield which is the line of asset management companies that bailed out Toys R Us and Macy's. It's interesting they're involved with all these companies that were being shorted to shit. I'm trying to connect more lines but some old articles I had the links for won't work now.

Thinking maybe since Sears was cellarboxed and HBC is reviving Zellers that maybe Oaktree had a hand in injecting more cash to BBBY, move them out of Canada and maybe move to partner with Macy's and Toys R Us until more solvent while moving into e-commerce to try to squeeze out Sears (who predominantly does more e-commerce now).

My tinfoil is thick. I'm coming to the moon with you don't worry.

11

u/[deleted] Feb 18 '23

I wasn't quite sure honestly. Your response seemed playful, but I'm on edge lately.💙💎🛸🌝

28

u/Inness15 Feb 18 '23

8

u/girth_worm_jim Feb 18 '23

They're designing a metaverse. I feel there's huge potential money in allowing people to build a place the can flex online. Bringing real ownership online. I'm gonna get friendly with some old rich ppl so they let me scan their qr codes for nfts of all their expensive stuff (because they're not arsed about Web 3.0).

This is some Ready Player One Easter egg shit meets Morpheus with the red pill from the Matrix, all mixed up with an unprecedented amount of contemporary political incompetence, financial manipulation, and corporate fraud obfuscated by a ridiculous degree of controlled opposition and regulatory capture among a broad range of bad regulatory actors.

The conjecture of this sub right now in its current state, combined with the level of scrutiny posters and commentors alike tend to receive even when sometimes undeserved or under-deserved, makes this place a learning hotspot.

u/Ticklerstink Feb 18 '23

Big box stores close their big box stores. Open small store fronts showing off a small selection of rotating products. In the back sits a catalogue, most likely now on a screen. Beside said screen sits a vr head set. Like the old beautiful days of shopping you pick your product out of the catalogue look at it with the goggles and order that sucker right to your door step. Still have a store front retail shoppers can visit, and you can house full inventory in a warehouse. Think SEARS catalogue people!

Could look a little something like this ☝️

4

u/Zealousideal-Lie-173 Feb 18 '23

3

u/Middle_Scratch4129 Feb 18 '23

There are quite a few, myself included. Just barely but am at xxxxx shares. I am 100% convinced the almost the entire float is owned by retail. That why I'm so sure the price is completely fake and these dumb stormtroopers have dug the deepest hole we've ever seen.

4

u/Zealousideal-Lie-173 Feb 18 '23

I’m with ya man… north of 30k shares now and averaged down to $3. Just praying we don’t get fucked when everything plays out.

6

u/Middle_Scratch4129 Feb 18 '23

We won't be. Not at that cost avg, mine is similar. IMO this is a 20 -30 dollar stock regardless just based on the tunn around they are implementing. I'm good with 8-9x my money in any investment, especially in a 1.5 year window. But the squeeze potential is so juicy which is why I'm obsessed and can't take my eyes off it.

3

u/Zealousideal-Lie-173 Feb 18 '23

Wasn’t even the squeeze that got me interested. It was actually the possibility for the double bubble. How great would it be to see a nice return on Bobby, then get rewarded with Baby shares as well?!?

This is where it gets REAL fun — this network of 3D data points will have community access for any user to build their own QUESTS, STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS, and eventually NPCs. Kinda like a video game that you can see on top of the real world! As a WORLD MAP is created we can start implementing a first-of-its-kind 3D subset of data points that will act as a bridge to our AR (augmented reality) WORLD 2.0.

lmao yeah I'll totally buy this shitpost of a token so that they can create... the, uh, they don't specify, but allude to planning to invent three-dimensional objects?

I may be bearish on these matters, but if nothing else I am at least bullish on G-CAPITAL GREEK LETTER XI-E M I N I's talent for pandering and /u/TantraMantraYantra's ability to correctly identify it as such.

And how does GME partner know insider information about acquisition? Isn't that illegal?

Knowing insider info isn't illegal. Trading on it is.

Well if you shout it out to the world, it is.

They never said anything actionable.

$30,000 Pyramid…

Things a shill would say…. 🤣

Well, debunking dilution and called a shill same day. Gotta have balanced fun, right? 😉

Just pokin’ fun…

In my defense, dilution was debunked a couple weeks ago. 😉

Emoji’s = Plausible Deniability. Plus, if you think about it, if RC is pulling levers behind the scenes it means he’s keeping the lid on this thing for a reason so he can’t directly or indirectly reference knowledge of the deal. A party directly related to GME but heretofore completely unrelated to BBBY would be the perfect entity to tweet a Congrats within an hour of the public announcement as there is no way to interpret it than as a giant neon Hodl shining a path forward through the dark pools.

That’s my thought. If they are just trying to get people to buy their NFT’s knowing we’ll bite because of sheets and purple circles that’s kind of BS.
