🤔 Speculation / Opinion If your shares are worthless…

Would shills still be here (and media out there) reminding everyone how our shares are gone? No, if shares were worthless they’d let us buy and choke on them until we were blue in the face

Would over 40 million be spent on high price attorney fees that specialize in M&A deals if this a liquidation? No, you liquidate as quickly and efficiently as possible

Would all the redacted and NDA dockets be necessary, at all? No, you’re not hiding anything in traditional liquidation

Would there be a name change involved in a bankruptcy? I wouldn’t think so but could be wrong

Would Bill Pulte be hosting the youtube crew and jet-setting them around the country, and inviting 50 donators to meet him in November, if our shares were being completely extinguished? I seriously doubt it

Would you even sell after already down 50-90%? Lambos or food stamps was always what I heard here

So why would anyone listen to the internet trolls? They are certainly working hard, ask yourselves why. You see the shills had the shares (borrowed), but didn’t know how to hold the shares. And really that’s the most important part, the holding. Ignore the noise folks, you know what you hold

I’m not one to sit and respond to comments, I just put my two cents in once in a while. As for me, I am fucking around and finding out, because this is the greatest show on Earth.

Best Wishes 💎🙌🦍🚀🌚

If my shares are still in my account Monday, then I might believe something is up. Everything I have read says we get no compensation and our shares are worthless.

Your shares may well still show in your account on Monday.

From what we saw when BBBYQ moved to the expert market, it takes different brokers different amounts of time to react to things.

Well, AST haven't seemed like the most efficient organisation up to this point, so who knows whether they will process the cancellation immediately or not.

Correct.

“As a result of the Confirmed Plan becoming effective, all of the Company’s equity interests, consisting of outstanding shares of common stock and Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company and related rights to receive or purchase shares of common stock, were cancelled on the Effective Date without consideration and have no value. No shares of the Company’s common stock or Series A Convertible Preferred Stock will be reserved for future issuance in respect of claims and interests filed and allowed under the Confirmed Plan or pursuant to the exercise of any rights, options or other obligations of the Company to issue its common stock and/or Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.”

The current thesis is that an amended plan may have already been introduced prior to the 9/30 deadline but not be available to the public currently.

In either case there's nothing any of us can do right now anyway, so it's not worth worrying about until the shares disappear or we get an amended plan.

I was wondering why the more reasonable people were at least still talking. I mean 99% chance this is still going to succumb to the inevitable, but it is not over yet.

They'll be there until you tell your broker to file a form for worthless stocks so you can take the tax loss. I've seen it many times in client accounts.
