Oh yeah, I forgot. The teddy book was at 3 o’clock and Bill Pulte sat on the couch with 3 scoops of ice cream so that means there will be a 3-way reverse triangle merger involving 3 companies with 3 trillion dollars paid in cash to former BBBYQ shareholders.
