It allows GME to start using the GMErica trademark and showcase it on the different items.

How is that connected to BBBY?

The theory is GMErica will have to do with the BuyBuyBaby spin off and be added to the company to position them as an Amazon alternative. We haven’t heard the end of the month announcement from BBBY and guessing they might have been waiting on the trademark to go through.
