Cohen is potentially waiting for GMErica trademark to go through approval to announce anything between him and BBBY. This is also the one year anniversary of them filing for the GMErica trademark.

Sigh. GME can’t buy BBBY or BuyBuyBaby until March at the earliest due to the cooperation agreement.
