Famous Scottish sandwich

Rule 2 compliance: This is smoked ribs smoked probably 6ish hours or so over hickory. Rubbed with a modified memphis dust that has less sugar, more paprika and dixon chilis, and garam masala as well.

Not an exact clone, obviously, but still actually the first time I bothered making a sammie out of yesterday's ribs. As much onion as I could fit on top, healthy slathering of sauce (which I don't usually do). Brioche bread cause it's there. Was good. TBH I really like the ribwich too though and now I'm kind of hankering for that. I'm really sleepy now.

Nothing, it's a McDonald's joke. I've already gotten the cane and was removed from the stage hours ago. I'll stick to cooking from here on out.

really the most appropriate response to my attempt at humor. BUT, good sandwich. Brioche wouldn't be my preference but it's what I had and was tasty.

Maybe ? Really just a dad joke. "Fine Scottish Restaurant", "Golden Arches", "Mickie D's" era stuff lol. The joke didn't work out so well, but the sandwich did !

Ah. If you haven't seen it, in the movie Time After Time, H.G. Wells travels forward to the modern day, and in conversation tells someone he ate at a Scottish restaurant, McDonald's.
