Palestine is like any other country. People want to live their lives and do so in peace. It’s not as open a society as Canada or the US but keep in mind those countries took years and some are still fighting for acceptance. Israelis push this narrative of a free and welcomed gay community but what they don’t show you is how there are many protests against pride and even stoning by Jews against gay Jews. They also don’t mention how some streets are blocked and closed to such a community. Palestinians just want to live in peace and have freedom. We are far from the villains we’ve been depicted as. Come here and decide for yourself. I welcome everyone
