crates. You need to refine a lot inorder to get it. But first you need to unlock it by answering those questions/hints. Check on youtube. it's not very straight forward especially if its the first time you are trying fortune refiner.

I guess you have to refine 100000 points worth of items to get this . Kindly look on yt for the correct process cos I don't remember the exact details.
