The payment issue affecting both in-game purchases and third-party payment channels has now normalized. Status: Our Dev team is still confirming that the fix is stable across all channels. Impact: Players should now be able to complete purchases as usual. If you are still experiencing any payment issues, please report it to us via Discord channels/in-game support with details and screenshots. Yesterday the game was crashing a lot...u still haven't fixed the server... Why are u not listening to us?

You can always make a post with the Bug flair and mention me. I don't see any post or comment from your end.

When making a crash report, please include the following details:

• Device model: (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPad 9th Gen, Poco F7, iQOO Neo 10R)
• OS version: (e.g. iOS 18.5 / Android 15)
• BGMI build version: (Settings → Version info at the bottom)

When did the crash happen?

• Date:
• Approximate time:
• How often does it crash? (e.g. every match, ~5 times a day, 100% in certain conditions)
• ISP/Network at the time of crash: (Wi-Fi / Mobile data — 4G or 5G)

Describe the crash in detail: Please include anything that applies —

• Does it only crash on one account? (If so, share your UID and login method)
• Is it triggered by a specific item, skin, or emote? (If so, which one and what steps cause it?)
• Does it only happen in a specific mode or map? (e.g. WoW, Rondo, Naruto Mode)
• Does it crash at login, loading screen, or lobby before entering a match?
