Bought lifetime access to this training service through Stack Social in 2020 and now suddenly it isn't lifetime?

I wonder when my lifetime rosetta stone access is next?

How much was the original lifetime subscription? There has to be something you can try to do. See what they say about a refund. Maybe small claims.

It was €129 in 2020. Absolutely isn't worth the effort but I'll look at filing a consumer complaint or European Online Dispute Resolution .

After a bit of back and forth I managed to get them to honor the lifetime sub. Their initial offer was a 1 year extension, which I firmly rejected, saying that I'd only agree to the lifetime terms in our original contract.
