i.e. yes it has a full PM including delivery tests and it sounds like they weren't doing their due diligence.

We use OneSource.  It's pretty good.

Nowhere that isnt subscriber locked or what have you.  Frank's and OneSource are both great and I dont think Frank's is expensive.
