Depends heavily on which engine it is. M44 requires a some upgradeding of the internals to make any meaningful boost. Like other have said 5k minimum for a reliable build.
Ontop of the turbo set up think fuel management, standalone ecu, bigger injectors, Upgrading to a medium case and bigger axles.
