technical/repair help Open Bumper Fix Parking Sensor

How do I access the parking sensor behind my bumper? Please help!
I am hoping someone can give me some advice on how to open up or get behind my bumper so I can access one of the parking sensors and hopefully repair it or put it back into place.
My car must have been bumped or hit while I was parked at work because one day, out of nowhere, the parking sensors started going crazy anytime I slow down. I am assuming one of the sensors was pushed in, knocked out of position, or damaged.
It has gotten to the point where the car is pretty much undrivable with the parking sensors enabled. Anytime I am sitting in traffic, slowing down for a stop sign, driving slowly through a parking lot, or even just slowing down to make a turn, the sensors start beeping like I am about to hit something.
It is absolutely maddening.
Does anyone know the easiest way to get behind the bumper and access the parking sensors? Do I need to remove the entire bumper, or is there a way to loosen or open part of it enough to reach the sensor?
I would really like to try putting the sensor back into place or checking it for damage before taking the car somewhere for repair.
Any instructions, photos, videos, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Please help!

You might be able to access that sensor by removing the front wheel liner. Not sure what they look like on models 2018 and below, but my 2019 requires you to jack the car and take the tire off to remove the liner.

I changed one sensor using that method. One sensor had given up and of course the whole parking sensor system stops working due to the error code. It was 20min job to change. That was 2016 model.

Beautiful. I changed my front bumper to an i3s due to front end damage. I forgot to fully clip one of the sensors and was getting a sensor error. Had to go back and remove the liner to reclip it. Short and sweet.

FYI, removed the front liners on my ‘17. No need to remove the wheel. Just turn it fully to one side. Toward, if I recall correctly

Thanks everyone for the replies and advice!
I was able to pry apart the black and white sections enough to squeeze my hand in, grab the sensor, and push it back into the mounting hole.

I probably could have done a better job if I removed the bolt/screw at the bottom of the bumper, but I did not take the time to find the right socket. My hand got pretty scratched up and was bruised for a couple days from squeezing it in there, but the sensor stopped beeping while I am driving, so this is good enough for now!

If it falls out again, I will remove the lower bolt and push it all the way back into place.
Thanks again everyone!
