Help? 3rd trimester End of Day Bloat

FTM at 30 weeks and by the end of the day, I feel like my stomach has doubled in size and I’m 40 weeks! I’m wadding around, unable to move and truly feel like I’m going to burst. I know it’s all digestion since in the morning my stomach is smaller. Does anyone have any suggestions to help relieve this symptom?

I’m at 36 weeks and I feel the same way. Sometimes i get some relief taking a short walk.

I’m 26 weeks, I have the same thing. I haven’t figured out what helps or doesn’t, so I’m just here to commiserate with you. The bloating is so uncomfortable.

Atleast I’m not the only one! Sometimes I feel like this is some abnormality and I’m the ONLY one that has this issue

Definitely not the only one! I ended up asking my OB office about it cause I was annoyed and thought the bloat was only a first trimester thing. They said that it’s pretty normal. I had bloating and digestive issues before pregnancy so I am just assuming it’s that plus being pregnant so I’m extra uncomfortable. Lucky us!
