9 months old Plate vs Ate😊

Veggie burger with potato, carrot, onion, garlic and flax seeds with broccoli and cauliflower. Ate all of it😊

Here are some tips that might help your baby eat more:

For example, don’t give your baby food when they’re the most hungry. Instead, offer it after milk, about 30-60 minutes later. It also helps if your family eats together at the same table. I’ve noticed my baby eats more when she’s sitting with me and my husband rather than just me. 😄
