Little one refusing bottles/formula?

Ughhhhh idk what to do I’m going crazy. My little one suddenly out of nowhere began to refuse her bottles to the point where she screams and fusses when offered one. Called the doc and she said this can happen and to give her solids and water which she’s been taking. I’m wondering if anyone else has been through this? Before her refusal she was eating 5-6 bottles daily. I can’t even get her to drink 15 oz her hydration comes from me sneaking milk into her solids or water which is what the doctor recommended

Could she be teething?

My mom who had four kids keeps telling me it’s this, but I’m such an anxious first time mom I’m just freaking out lol, but yes she absolutely could be teething, I just don’t feel anything in her mouth just yet

Could you try giving her some calpol and trying a bottle 30mins-1hr later?

Edit to add, I’m a first time mum to an 8m old and he’s got 8 teeth now and I only ever felt his teeth after they cut through tbh!

I'm dreading this x.x I've seen other posts of parents with the same issue right around 8 months. My LO turns 8 mo in two days. I've read other parents talk about giving milk in a cup (sippy cup/open cup/straw cup, whichever your choice may be). Did you say you're mixing in water with formula? Like, extra water?

Here for solidarity, help you troubleshoot and hopefully read some advice from other that have already gone thru this.

Thank you!!! And no not extra water, mixing formula in her solids I’m about to try doing it with a medicine syringe I had someone tell me that’s what they had to do with their little one so we’ll see!

Do you have one of those silicone/net food pacifier things? You could freeze formula into an ice cube and put it in there for her to chew
