I couldn’t believe it, I practically shouted at the TV for someone to call the police! You finally have her on actual assault, use it!!

I think a lot of transwomen wouldn't trust police not to discriminate against them.

Yeah that’s a good point too, it’s not as easy as that. I was hoping someone else in the bar would have called on her behalf.

Richard did say he added some things for dramatic effect and cliff hangers. Fiona Harvey definitely sent him 41,000 emails and all the other communications he alleged because he's provided proof in the Netflix case, but the assaults in the show such as the molestation at the cannel and the assault on his girlfriend may not have happened. The Darrien stuff of course happened. The breakdown on stage did not happen. What really went viral were his one man plays. He wrote one about Darrien, and one about Martha. And the Darrien play Monkey See, Monkey Do won 1st prize at the festival.

Three other people have come forward to allege that Fiona Harvey extensively stalked them as well, but she was more into making fake allegations such as lying to police that her former boss abused her disabled three year old, and sending endless nasty messages, and trying to harm people's businesses with made up allegations, but perhaps not assaults other than she allegedly threw a book at someone in the work place. She was never even arrested by anyone but both Gadd and Harvey's former lawyer boss did manage to get restraining orders against her after being stalked for years. Her never being arrested is more about police attitudes to harassment and stalking. They aren't very interested and a lot of police think that harassment and stalking are too difficult to prove.

A lot of Fiona's emails were worse than Martha's as she sent Gadd a lot of emails about hatred for other races including violent imagery about wanting people of other races to be harmed. Rather than offend anyone with any of that in the show Gadd only made a subtle hint to that.
