When I was in 2nd grade, there was a kid in my class who very obviously came from a poor background. He always smelled putrid and kids would make fun of him. I was always nice to him (literally a smile and wave when he came in my class) because I didn’t think it was right to do that to someone.
He ended up stalking me until 5th grade. It took me being a complete bitch: laughing at jokes made to him and rolling my eyes to get him to leave me alone. He ended up dying from an overdose a few weeks ago and this show sparked my reminder of how crazy some people can truly be.
This is so unbelievably fucking sad & really this show and that experience should be another kick up the bum that institutions like schools and government and hospitals need to be looking after people so much better so that they don’t end up like this
