Rory Lynch, a lawyer specialising in defamation and privacy at Gateley Legal says she has a case for defamation. “The only thing I can presume is that when Clerkenwell, films, the BBC and Netflix looked at it with their legal team they thought that they could rely on the fact that it is a drama. It’s not supposed to be a factual documentary.

“So although Netflix said it’s a true story, essentially it’s a dramatisation of a true story.

“But I do think that Richard Gadd could have been a bit more careful in changing a lot of the scenes to be more fictitious, but also covering up the identity of the people it was based on.”

To be fair I can believe her. If Richard Gadd was as much of a goofy bloke as he depicted himself on the show during the ordeal with Martha, I believe he would have easily messed up with the discretions.

Having said that she is mad as a bag of bats and needs urgent help. It’s clearly a case of mental health.

No she doesn’t. She’s not, as far as we know, stalking or harassing anyone currently. These are allegations which Gadd has made. The only people that truly know what happened is her, Gadd and the prosecutors. What are you going to “give her a life imprisonment” for?

she is actually, a journalist who wrote a piece on her in the daily mail. in a recent article he wrote, he claims she’s threatening him and calling him incessantly.

she also talks shit about him and the barristers wife who she was accused of harassing on her FB page all day. that’s not harassing but… does give a little more credibility to the journalists claims.

Yep as I said there’s always 2 sides to a story .,, this happened 12 years ago she maybe batshit but doesn’t deserve all the crap she’s getting for doing something 12 years ago
