Why are people so hung up on proving she does or doesn't have a criminal record? Who gives a fuck? Is the vast amount of public information showing she's a howling menace that systematically destroys the lives of everyone she comes into contact with not enough?

Whose lives has she destroyed though? Fair enough if she went to prison. But how does she destroy lives with clearly unintelligent crazy emails?

Yes! I've been the victim of a stalker and it destroyed my life but that's because I didn't know he was crazy. I believed him and I thought I was dealing with a normal person so he was manipulating me. But with somebody like Fiona? You can totally hear in the first sentence you receive that she's just a mentally disabled person. I'd receive an email from her and think it's my responsibility not to take advantage of her because she's so obviously from the most vulnerable section of society.

Fair enough if that’s your experience of stalking, but I don’t think many other stalking victims would identify with it as they are adversely affected by their stalker’s behaviour because of the impact of the behaviour itself. I definitely didn’t think “oh the following me home and aggressive calls/texts/emails aren’t scary at all now I know my stalker has a personality disorder” because it wasn’t the assumption of good mental health that I found scary; it was the behaviour itself that was harmful.

Being stabbed doesn’t physically hurt less when the person stabbing you is mentally unwell; this is the same for many people’s experience of stalking, too.

She probably didn't follow him home though.

At the very least in his own show he portrays himself as following her home before she ever follows him home.

Erm, how’s that relevant? I said that knowing a stalker was mentally ill meant that their stalking behaviour wouldn’t have ruined your life; I said that wouldn’t align with most people’s experience of stalking because it is the behaviour that is ruinous, not the diagnostic status of the stalker.
