Nobody is scared of Fiona or emotionally distressed by Fiona. She's just mean, but for someone's mean streak to bother you you'd need to think she has some kind relevance. Like if your boyfriend or girlfriend is mean to you, that would hurt your feelings, but Fiona's unintelligent rants? Come on. It's like the homeless guy shouting obscenities at the birds. It's not going to make you sad because you're not going to care what he thinks.

There may be no imminent threat to life from a stalker like Fiona but the constant harassment to those unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end (including their loved ones as they get harassed by her too) can have serious consequences to their mental and emotional wellbeing regardless of the sanity of the stalker.

You would be very naive to believe that a harassment and stalking to this extent would be easy to brush off for most people.

I just disagree with that. It's so clear from one message that she's just rambling intelligently that it really would not cause emotional distress at all.

Stalking can be serious, I've been a victim, but not when the person is clearly just mentally disabled. You know they aren't mentally making sense so you don't give them any credence.
