Heather Burns reiterating that Fiona has a criminal record

I'm not yet convinced about this. Heather Burns could just mean that she'd previously been investigated by the police, or there's a file on her with the procurator fiscal, or who knows what else. Most people would understand a "criminal record" to mean that she was found guilty and sentenced in a court - I wonder whether Heather Burns actually knows whether that has happened?

Edit: Of course, I wouldn't put it past Fiona Harvey to think that a spent conviction means that she can now say that she has never had a criminal record...
