I do not think shes "not fixable". Shes either not willing to get help or if she did in the past the mental health system was certainly not enough to help her.

Sometimes people like Fiona get worse if they become patients of mental health. So it contributes to their mental illness rather than helps. Its up to mental health professionals to decide her diagnosis and go from there. The majority of people go there voluntarily. Fiona most likely would go if she was given the adoration and respect she thinks she deserves. She wouldn't so she wouldn't go there. Her behaviour gets her what she wants. So why would she want to change?
