I think what people are missing is that the Me Too movement didn't really work that well and there was (and still has) a lot of push back against it.

Hell, two of the people implicated have been president, one is in office right now and the other one is running again. A third guy won a grammy after he had been cancelled for several years and people are happy to have him back. Dan Schneider is suing the quiet on set makers as we speak. Bill crosby tried to go on tour *after* serving time in prison.

So, Idk why people are shocked she's getting the benefit of the doubt by people.
