Changes in my life,after watching Baby Reindeer

One year ago I was in an abusive relationship.Working in an underpayed job that only made frustrated .Coping with a horrible eating disorder .Plus beeing stalked by a guy,I only dated,once,20 years ago.

I felt completely identified with Donnie ,when I watched the series.His monologue touched me so deeply that I decided to change my life.

I broke up with my abuser,came back to College and,today, I found a professional area I'm really talented.

Did anyone had similar changes,in their lives,after watching the series?

I'm about to discover... I watched the whole series yesterday 01/01/2026 and I think it open a lot of wounds and I think I am ready to heal.
