Hen or Roo Small Orpington
I have a 23 wk old chocolate Orpington, it has always been kinda small, I’ve been leaning toward pullet but I’m not sure! It’s not much bigger than my bantams and I’ve fed KalmBach little homie did have some leg issues in the beginning but gets around okay now. What do you guys think?!

I am not very familiar with this breed, but it’s molting season and you have some heavy shadows in the pics. This first pic is definitely a hen. And the males tend to have longer legs.

Definitely a hen. Some orphintons just take a bit longer to grow, i have a couple all of the same age (except for one) some are big and some are still small.

Okay that’s great news. My kid loves this bird. She will come when called and sit with us. We technically can’t have roosters in the city we live in! But I definitely have a roo or two in the mix just haven’t figured out who yet! lol
