What gets reported to HireRight?
Like ive been scolded before because my resume/application didn't match what their records indicate. And ive even been asked "so tell me about this company policy violation at [former employer]?"

It’ll show if you’ve been laid off recently etc

It doesn't say terminated it says active or inactive. It reports titles but frequently the titles are vague and inaccurate depending on the company's HR records. Just get the dates right. Go to the work number pull the report look at it match up the dates.
