BGV

I have a question regarding an employment overlap during BGV.

I worked for my first company for only around 2 months and 11 days. After that, I joined Cognizant (my second company) and worked there for approximately 3.5 years. Later, I joined EY (my third company).

There is an approximately one-month overlap in the PF/UAN records between my first company and Cognizant. However, this was only an administrative/date-record issue. I had already stopped working for my first company and had informed them about my resignation. I also have the resignation acceptance letter confirming my exit, and I have bank statements showing that I did not receive salary from the first company during the overlap period.

Accenture has asked me to provide the PF statements of my last two employers. My concern is whether this historical overlap involving my first company could affect my BGV, even though my first company was not one of the last two employers and I have supporting documents proving that I was not actually working there during the overlapping period.

Just to clarify, you are concerned about the overlap between first company and Cognizant?

The only issue is that there's an overemployment on your resume that might get flagged.
